Disc Jockey
Frankie began his career DJ'ing and entertaining at high school dances. After high school, he found his way to local radio stations as a disc jockey spinning the top hits. Later, moving to California, he attended Los Angeles City College studying Television Production and post productions. Over the years, Frankie worked for CBS Television, Universal Studios and Warner Brothers Studios as a film, video and sound editor. He studied with several voice over artists and was successful in performing voice overs for several TV shows including the main title for the Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show which ran for 12 years on the ABC Television Network. Frankie loves to entertain and feels very comfortable in front of an audience. He will motivate the crowd and fill the dance floor.

Isaias "Easy" Manuel, Pastry Chef
Prior to coming to Naylor’s, Easy worked in a variety of venues but always in the bakery. He apprenticed with Pastry Chef Gustavo Escalante at Grenade Restaurant as well as Pastry Chef Dorcy. For Chef Easy, it has always been about the creation of sumptuous, unique and visually expressive desserts that taste fabulous. Inspired creativity of his desserts is more than a labor of love; it’s a way of life .

Medardo Hernandez, Executive Chef
Medardo "Chef" Hernandez has worked as Executive Chef for 10 years. Prior to becoming an Executive Chef, Chef worked as a Souse Chef for 10 years. He has worked in the kitchen of Wolfgang Puck and the kitchens of James Beard House in New York, Mexico City and Los Angeles. He currently supervises a staff of 10 in the catering kitchen and is responsible for the training of all culinary staff. In addition to the creative presentation of all of his culinary masterpieces, Chef uses his vast experience in French Cuisine as a tool to artfully blend available fresh produce with fresh meats, fish and game. Chef hand picks all food products that are served... there are no cans in our pantry. Styles from around the world- Italy, American Southwest, Pacific Rim, Northern Europe- are utilized to create unique dishes which many satisfied patrons have called "simply amazing".
